Why use a mobile mechanic?
- No need to have the vehicle at the garage for the whole day
- Don’t need to have two people drop the vehicle off to the garage and pick it up
- Driver can continue working while vehicle is being serviced
- Average service takes two hours and the driver can be back on the road
- Work can be done virtually anywhere, e.g. if driver is on a building site
- You can even watch the job in progress and see what goes on
Why use Carmedic Mobile? Carmedic mobile uses ‘A-grade’ fully qualified and experienced technicians. You will not get somebody’s apprentice or hired labour, therefore Carmedic can give only the best care and attention.
Will it cost more to have a mobile service? Quite simply no. In fact; just the opposite. Without the overheads of a large, flashy high street workshop, with reception area complete with big screen TV plus a choice of coffee and newspaper, Carmedic can operate more efficiently. While most workshops are charging around sixty five dollars per hour and dealerships around ninety five dollars per hour plus gst, Carmedic is charging only fifty dollars per hour + gst.
What do you get with Carmedic Mobile? Professional vehicle servicing, repairs and valets combined with, convenience, reliability, less down time and cost saving. Carmedic will, on completion of a service, advise you of any additional work or repairs that may be required along with a costing. No additional repairs are performed without authority. No work is performed that is not absolutely necessary.
Can I come to you at your workshop? In order to minimise our overheads and in turn, also minimise the cost to you. This is one of the few services we cannot offer, due to OSH regulations; our workshop is not suitable for untrained personnel. We will always come to you either with our mobile repair unit or deliver a free loan car and take your vehicle away; returning it once work is complete.
How much will it cost? Carmedic Mobile charges $50.00 + gst per hour, there is no call out charge although we do operate a minimum charge of $75.00 + gst. Fixed price servicing and valets are also available; just ask us for a quote.
